Bekah's Daycare! Come One....Come All!

So I quit my jobs in January to become a full time aunt! My nephew was a few days short of 3 months when I first started watching him.

-He's a little stud huh? -

- He likes to hold my fingers when he eats...so cute!-

Soon after I found out that the neighbor boy (age 2 ½) needed a nanny too! Perfect…two kids…two times the fun! Right?!

- My other little bud putting Mickey Mouse in his car seat. He also changes his dyper and puts him down for naps. -

Well it’s been over a month now and I am honestly loving my job! I love my two little buddies and I am learning so much! I work 9-10 hour days, 5 days a week, but I love every moment of it!

Well It doesn’t stop there.
Just last week I was contacted by another woman in the area that needs a babysitter once a week to watch her 20 month old girl. Today was my first day of the three child juggle and I am exhausted! Whew- how do moms do it? But I survived! And besides the bump on my nephews head….the kids survived too!

-All aboard! Hop on the Train!-

- Lunch time-

So next time you need a babysitter- just drop them off at Bekah’s Daycare. Nobody gets turned away!

10k in Vegas!

This weekend my two sisters and I went to Vegas and had a sister road trip. I had the time of my life! I am so lucky to have such fun sisters.

This is one of the only pictures we got of the three of us. I took this myself in the hotel room.

Mary (far left) is almost 5 months pregnant! I am so happy for her and I can’t wait to meet my new little niece Lilly Ludwig.

On Friday we went to the chocolate factory, cactus garden, walked the strip and saw the beautiful Bilagio fountains. It was so much fun. On Saturday morning we woke up early for the 10k. It was a Mardi Gras race and so everybody dressed up. Karen and I wore amazing Mardi Gras ties as you can see as well as matching outfits. How cheesy are we? Mary was so sweet to be the photographer and to be there at the end of the race with her Mardi Gras horn cheering us on!

As you can see- I was runner #1….yeah I felt pretty cool…that’s pretty much like winning first place! (okay so it was probably in alphabetical order…)

Here is a picture of me right after I crossed the finish line… nasty, red faced, sweaty…. but so happy that I had accomplished my goal! We ended up running it 5 mins faster than we had trained for. We were stoked!

Big Band Dance

Pete and I love to Dance! I always say that Pete and I fell in Love on the Dance floor. I am so glad I married somebody that loves to dance as much as I do.

Our friends Tausha and Steve were so nice to invite us to a big band dance a few weeks back. Thanks again you guys! We had so much fun! Tausha was my next door neighbor growing up and when we got there I found out another one of my greatest friends from high school, Shantel Walker, came to the dance as well with her boy friend Dave.

Here are some pictures from our romantic night!

Here we are with Steve and Tausha eating dinner before the dance started.
