Bekah asked me the other day if she could buy a pet to keep her company while im at work. She has always really liked dogs and little kitties, I told her NO. Then she got those cute little sad "puppy dog" eyes and I couldn't resist. I compromised and told her she could buy a puzzle. They're fun too and dont cost as much to feed. The little pieces they leave on the floor are easy to clean up. I make Bekah do that stuff anyway. We named our puzzle "house" cause he has a picture of a house on him. It has been fun having him around. Above is a picture of Bekah with "house"... they are so cute.

4th of July

Pete and I spent the 4th of July in down town Chicago. We had a lot of fun seeing the city and watching the White Sox game. Pete and our friend from work Weston decided to get tickets on the 6th row. I figured as long as we are going all out on the tickets, we might as well get the White Sox t-shirts so we can look like real fans.

Life in Chicago

Pete and I have been living in Chicago for almost two months. Its been a lot of fun so far. We are both just working hard and trying to make the most of any free time we can find. We just got a computer, so we are going to try to keep up with this blog spot.
This is Pete and I at the Shamburg Flyers baseball game that we were able to hit a few weeks ago. As you can see Pete is TAN because he's out walking Chicagoland everyday, and I'm white as a ghost because I'm cooped up in the office 50 hours a week. We're having a lot of fun though. We are are glad that this is where we ended up. Its been so fun going on dates, spending time with eachother, and depending on eachother for everything. I'm falling more and more in love with this guy. Not only is he working so hard everyday to make money the family, but he makes friends with everybody, and is sharing the gospel everywhere he goes. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. I love you Pete!
