Halloween
We were a family of pirates this year (Pete bailed out on us) and Norah was a parrot.
The cutest little crawling parrot ever
We went trick or treating at Pete's work and with the cousins
October Highlights
October was so warm! We spent lots of afternoon outside playing- one day we found a garden snake. Adaliah was so brave and held him. She named him "Slidey"
We went to He-Haw farms with Adaliah's preschool
Gardner Village with Aunt Karen
We painted and carved pumpkins
And of course we spent our October afternoons at Cornbellys- one of our favorite places in the world.

We had a mystery dinner with an Old West Theme. Pete was "Gambling Jack" and I was "Sally Saloon"- the Saloon girl. We had such a great night of laughs.
7 Year Anniversary
7 Years. 7 Amazing years with the man of my dreams.
Pete spoiled us with sealings at the temple, couple massage and Ruths Chris.
(And these beautiful flowers)
...."I am the luckiest" no doubt about it. I know it sounds cheesy but I keep looking Over and watching your chest rising and falling as you breath (you're not even snoring tonight!) and feeling so incredibly grateful for your heart. Your heart keeps you alive. It Keeps you here on earth with me. Your heart that I stole from you 8 years ago and you still save for me , and only me. Well, that's not true, because I saw it grow and make room for more the day Adaliah was born and you flawlessly took on the job of being a dad. An amazing dad at that. And it has grown more and more who each beautiful girl that we have created and brought into our family.
Man. I am blessed. I can't help but think of that night I met you and that overwhelming feeling- the spirit sent tingles up and down my body and the spirit testified "this is some one you're supposed to know". My life changed forever after that night. It became brighter, happier, more fulfilling, more exciting. It became complete. And just as you warned me after our second date, "once you go Ack- you never go back" boy you were spot on, I never did.
I love you. I'll love you for eternity and beyond (as buzz light once year said.. Urrrr) -Bekah
..... I give most of the credit to you. If you didn't help change me for the better a long time ago,
there is no way I would be the person I am today. Thanks for sticking
to your guns on all of the most important things. We live in a world
with so much outside social pressure to let our guard down or loosen
up a little or be more tolerant of things... I'm grateful I've had you
to anchor me and our family and keep all of us grounded and focused on
What is most important. So don't get carried away fooling yourself
about me, just know that you have played such a critical role in who I
am. Your graciousness and gratitude mean so much. They feed my fire.

Norah 7 and 8 mths
Norah Bell is growing up too fast.
Her hair kept getting more and more out of control so we finally cut it!
Adaliah is such a good helper with Norah. Norah lights up when either of her sisters walk into the room.
*She's 8 months and still gets swaddled every night and still doesn't have any TEETH.*
Norah started crawling the week before her 7 mth mark. She follows the girls around the house when she wants to play, and follows me around the house and cries when she wants to be held.
She pulls herself up on everything and sometimes lets go and stands for 5 or 6 seconds at a time.
Stranger Danger has kicked in. She has been such a nightmare for babysitters lately. She has turned into such a Moma's girl. Even when I try to hand her to Pete she grabs onto to me for dear life.
She loves to laugh and smile. She gets really hyper right before bed at night. She crawls around fast and digs her head into the floor and laughs and giggles about everything. She makes everyone in the family laugh- she is the little sunshine of the home.
The noise that she is making most of the day sounds like a little baby Lion. She loves to Grawl "GRrrr... Rarrr"

September Highlights
September:
Adaliah started Preschool and has been LOVING it.
We made it to the discovery museum a few times in September. The girls even got to go with their Aunt Karen and their new Uncle Collin.
We've been reading the Beverly Clearly Ramona books at night with Adaliah.
We took advantage of every last bit of warm weather we could...
......And built forts on the cold days
Pete and I found a new fun trail in Draper on a date night...
And then brought our kids a few days later for Family Night...
Pete got the beginning stages of pneumonia and was sick in bed with a high fever and painful cough for 4 or 5 days. Then all 3 girls got pink eye and coughs and colds which lead to an ear infection for Norah. (I swear we were sick the entire month) I luckily was the only one that didn't get sick- but I did tear a muscle in my hip and had a wrapped thumb for a few weeks from a bad burn.
My friend Katelyn came into town from Florida to visit!
The Girls have been having so much fun tougher. Adaliah and Elizabeth have even playing so well together for hours at a time. It's AMAZING. They like to play "primary". They take turns bearing their testimony and singing songs. One day they called me in to take the sacrament. It cracked me up.
Aren't they all adorable? I love these girls.
